Rosaleta J. Stanley, 63, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. Born to James and Frances (Riggles) Canter on June 9, 1944, in Wellston, OH, "Leta" was preceded in death by her parents; grandsons, Vilay and Thylor Thilat; brothers, Vernon C. Clark and Anthony W. Canter. Survivors include her husband, Randolph Stanley; daughter, Pamala (Vilay) Thilat; son, Randolph Stanley, Jr; brothers, William F. Smith, Isaac W. (Linda) Smith, James (Cordy) Canter, Marty (Kris) Canter; grandchildren, Michael and Selyta Thilat and Calvin Rubio; dear companions, Lady and Bronx. Leta was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor and will be missed by everyone that knew her. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, 4-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the funeral service on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, 7060 St RT 3, Westerville, OH.
