Roscoe Blackburn, age 86, of Dublin, Ohio passed away on February 1, 2022. He was born in Beauty, Kentucky on November 24, 1935 to the late Jasper and Bertha Blackburn.
Roscoe was the proud owner of Blackburn's Tree Service and enjoyed family and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers and 1 sister.
Survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Betty, children, AnnaMae (Bob) Shambaugh, Roscoe Jr. Blackburn, Doris (Ronald) Gould, and Roscoe (Marla) Blackburn, Sr., stepdaughter MaryBeth (Bobby) Stitt, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sisters Pauline (Dennis) Howell and Olline Marcum, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 8 from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday, February 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus.

Burial at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Roscoe's name to New Beginnings Church of God, 4410 Avery Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026 would be appreciated.
