Rose E. Gardner, 87, of Grove City, passed away January 22, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband Karl Gardner; parents William and Clara Goldhardt; daughter Bette Jean; sisters Isabelle, Jeanette, Betty and brothers Theodore, Robert and Richard. Rose is survived by her daughter Virginia Swanson; sons Gary (Joy) Gardner and John (Juli) Gardner; grandchildren Eric, Jamie, Kristi, Heidi, Jodi, Neil, Dean, Aaron, Gretchen and Julie; great-grandchildren Austin, Tyler, Graham and Brent; sister Dorothy Scheeler and brothers William and Jack Goldhardt. Rose was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Thursday, January 26, 2006 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 80 East Markison Columbus, Ohio 43207. Pastor Floyd Stolzenburg will be officiating with interment at Grove City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church Mission Fund. Messages of condolence may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com
