Rosemary Snyder, 96 years young, passed away peacefully at home on December 6, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Rosemary was born on July 6, 1926 in Peterborough, England.
During World War II, she met the love of her life and they relocated to Ohio in 1946.
Rosemary was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting. She enjoyed fish and chips, a hot cup of tea, and chocolate chip cookies almost as much as she loved spending time with her friends and family.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Sanford "Lee" Snyder. She is survived by her children : Rosemarie "Paddy" Mills and Sanford "Brub" Snyder; grandchildren: Kathy Baker, Aaron (Elaine) Snyder, and Dawn Adair; great grandchildren: Everett (Ashley) Johnson, David and Evan Schwertfager.
Visitation will be held on Thursday December 15th, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Northeast chapel with graveside services immediately following at Kingwood Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Echo Hospice here.
