HAGER
Roy Clarence Hager, 97, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010. Roy was born to Bernard E. and Letha (Adkins) Hager in Columbus on July 31, 1912, and is preceded in death by his parents; one brother and three sisters. Survivors include his daughters, Barbara (William) Patterson, Gloria (Dan) Newhart, Robin (Steve) Devary, Bea Hager; sons, Roy A., Ronald (Leah) and Henry (Cynthia) Hager; grandchildren, Michael (Anya), Jeremy (Laura), Timothy, Sara, Whitley and Jase; great-grandson, Jordan; former wife, Martha Hager; close family friend, Patty Bond and many friends. Roy was a WWII veteran of the US Army Air Corp and enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 12, 2010, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
