Roy Victor Carlson, 84, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Monday, September 10, 2007. Roy was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and served in the South Pacific. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Florence Carlson. Roy is survived by his wife, Mary; daughter, Kathy (Jeff) Woods; son, Charles Carlson; grandchildren, Samantha, Heather, Jessica, and Michael; beloved dogs, Gracie and Dakota; many friends, family and wonderful neighbors. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio.
