R. Doris Braun, 87, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Doris was born February 12, 1937 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Lester and Johnnie Dearman-Golding.
Doris was a life-long Christian and a devout mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her interests included knitting, sewing, baking homemade deserts, and antiques.
Doris will be deeply missed by surviving sons Larry Braun and Lorne Braun. She was preceded in death by husband Neil Braun, son Lee Braun, and daughter Lori Locke.
A brief memorial service for family and friends will be held at LifePoint Worthington Church, 6540 Worthington-Galena Road, Sunday April 21, at 3:00 PM with Pastor Dan Osborn officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LifePoint Worthington Church.
