Ruby Jean Decker

Ruby Jean Decker, 77, of Grove City, OH passed away August 17, 2012. She was born in West Virginia on November 10, 1934. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Irene (Marcum) Parsley, husbands, Luther Chapman and Frank W. Decker Jr., sister, Lillian Moore and son, Claude Chapman.

Surviving family includes, daughter, Linda (Dan) Colvin, step-children, Terry, Debra, Frank and David Decker, sisters, Sue Brewer, Barbara Bowman, Kaye Parsley, brothers, Gid, Ted and Bill Parsley, grandchildren, Daniella (Erryl) Wolgemuth, Amy Colvin, Benjamin Colvin, Dawn (Martin) Spanhel, great-grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah, Alexa, Mason, Logan, Emily, Braden, Darian, Natalia, great-great-grandchild, Jayden.

Visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Monday, August 20, 2012 at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
