Russell E. Carter, 56, beloved husband and father, passed away Friday, September 25, 2009 at Mt. Carmel West. Born in Columbus on December 28, 1952 to Eva (Albright) and Charles Carter Sr., he was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Charles Carter Jr. Russ is survived by his wife, Christine L. (Smith) Carter; daughter, Allison B. Carter; son, Alexander B. Carter; sisters, Janet and Lisa and many friends of the family. He worked for Coinmach Corp. for over thirty-three years, where he was the service, parts and rebuild manager. Visitation will be Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, with the memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM.
