He is survived by his sons Sean (Liz) Blevins and Rick (Moire) Hurt, grandchildren Nichole (John) Brown, Andrew Blevins, Owen Kennedy, Connor Kennedy, Drake Blevins, Ryker Blevins, Cheyenne Hurt and Jake Dennison, daughter-in-law Kathleen Blevins, sister Victoria Myers and many life long friends
