Ruth Ann Carter-Hebb

Ruth Ann Carter-Hebb, age 66, passed away on June 9, 2021. She was born on September, 27, 1954 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Kenneth and Josephine Carter / Triplett.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Kenneth and Josephine Carter / Triplett; loving sisters, Emma and Norma.
She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, David "Chuck" Hebb; daughters Christina (Adam) Kendall and Lisa Skeen; grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Kendall, Madison Paige Kendall, Harper Nichole Kendall, Virginia Katheryn Ann Skeen and her only grandson, Carter Dylan Skeen.
Ruth Ann, lovingly known as Mommy, by her children, was a graduate of South high School. She was a member of the St. Aloysius Church where Chuck and Mom met. She also was a long-term employee of Verizon Wireless of 20+ years.
Ruth Ann loved her Harley-Davidsons, her dogs, and more than anything, she loved her grandbabies.
She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 12:00pm until time of funeral service at 2:00pm.
