Ruth A. Chaffin, 66, passed away February 26, 2013.
She was preceded in death by parents, Boyd and Gladys Chaffin and son at heart, Kenneth Pearson.
Ruth is survived by brother, Bill (Emma Lee) Chaffin; sister, Betty (the late Jerry) Lambert; nieces, Pamola Hatton, Karen (Cliff) Walker, Michelle (Chris) Monteleon and Nicole (Will) Bargeron; nephew, Billy Chaffin Jr.; and other extended family and many special friends.
Ruth really enjoyed spending time with her family. Employed with the Franklin County Juvenile Court System for many years.
Visitation Friday, March 1, 2013 from 4-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to the Arthritis Foundation, 3740 Ridge Mill Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026 or Central Ohio Diabetes Assn., 1100 Dennison Ave., Columbus, OH 43201.
