Ruth A. Hilton, 76, Columbus, passed away September 4, 2010, at her residence. She was born March 19, 1934, in Portsmouth, OH, to her late parents Alton and Amelia Hamilton. She is preceded in death by siblings James, John and Ann; and a granddaughter Regina Ruth. She is survived by her children, Jerry, Cynthia, April and Regina; seven siblings; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. Visitation will be held 5 to 8 pm Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus. Funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday, September 9, 2010, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Rd. Columbus, OH 43215-1039.
