Ruth Ann Patterson

Ruth Ann Patterson, 78, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away March 3, 2021.
She was born in Spencerville, Ohio on September 22, 1942 to the late John and Helen (Snyder) Thompson.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Patterson; and sister, Lois Shearer.
Surviving family includes, Brother, Dr. Richard (Pamela) Thompson; step-son, Sean (Kim) Patterson; step-grandson, Alexander Patterson; as well as extended family and friends.
A retiree from Huntington Bank; Ruth was active member at Jersey Baptist Church, then renewed her membership at The First Baptist Church of Westerville, Ohio.
She was a servant outside of the church as well, ministering to women in the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, Ohio.
Ruth was passionate about spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and will be truly missed by those who loved her.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Blendon Central Cemetery - Westerville, OH 43081.
