Ryan Jacob Riddlebarger, 23, of Gahanna, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, December 5, 2022.
Ryan was born November 17, 1999 in Columbus, Ohio to Brian and Deborah (Heit) Riddlebarger.
Ryan attended Marburn Academy, graduating in 2018. Upon graduation Ryan attended Hocking College, where he graduated as a Certified Firefighter. Ryan was employed as a First Responder at Central Township Joint Fire District in London, Ohio. At the time of his death, Ryan was employed at Mount Carmel East Hospital as a Multi Skilled Medical Technician.
In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by a brother, Trenton; maternal grandparents, Ray and Judy Heit, an uncle Jeff (Debbie) Heit and family. Ryan is also survived by his best friend Milo Pitchford; as well as many other loving extended family members and friends.
Ryan is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Lee and Sharon Riddlebarger.
Ryan enjoyed gaming and music, (especially \m/ Metallica). Ryan most enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. As well as genuinely helping others all throughout his schooling and adult life. Ryan loved his family and friends so much.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm with a Funeral Service, officiated by Ed Aaron, will immediately follow at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231.
