Sadie Sullivan, 72, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Doctors West Hospital. She was born June 12, 1936, in Wayne Co., W.V., daughter of the late Paul and Jeanie Christian Pelfrey. In addition to her parents, Sadie is preceded in death by her husband Carl "Tuffy" Sullivan and brother, Jim Pelfrey. She was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Lighthouse Church. Sadie is survived by her sons, Michael Pelfrey and Kevin Sullivan; daughters, Patricia (Paul) Carter, Paula (Billy) Campbell and Jane (Tim) Carter; brothers, Curtis, Charles and Bob Pelfrey; sisters, Judy Jackson and Sue Stapelton; grandchildren, Melissa, Rob, Debbie, T.J. and Cory; thirteen great grandchildren and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, August 29, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Concord Cemetery.
