She is survived by mother, Suzanna "Susie" Julian; brother, Rodney Watts; uncles, Gary (Evelyn) Ramey and Tommy (Debbie) Ramey; two nephews and one niece.
Visitation Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 10 am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Samantha's memory to the Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, OH 43026-8990.
