Summers, Samuel KeVontae Caldwell (Sammy, Sam-Sam) passed very peacefully into Gods's loving arms on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
Born August 1st, 2003 in Columbus, Ohio; adopted son of Harold E. and Ann Summers.
Preceded in death by father, Harold; brother, Cartaz Summers; foster siblings, Phillip, Kristi, and Matthew.
Survived by mother, Ann; sisters, Debbie Berry (Fred - deceased), Maysanique Summers; brothers, Bob (Jill- deceased), Steve (Monica), Glenn, Joe, Jason Summers; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Lovingly cared for by Interim Healthcare nurses and by his many dedicated doctors and nurses at Natiowde Children's Hospital, PT and OT therapies provided by Columbus, Ohio Physical Therapy.
Graduated from Westerville South High School, Class of 2022.
Spiritually supported by the loving prayers of the congregation of WCUCC.
Cremation by Newcomer Funeral Home, Westerville. Memorial Services at Westerville Community United Church of Christ, 770 Countyline Road, Westerville at a later date.
Sammy, although unable to speak, could fill our hearts with his beautiful smile.
