Sandra Joy Oliver, 66, of Columbus, passed away October 13, 2008. Sandra was born February 20, 1942 in Santa Ana, CA to the late James and Viola Mosbey. Sandra is survived by her husband of 51 years, Lloyd Oliver, Sr.; daughters, Geneva (James) Webb and Patty (Chuck) Risinger; sons, Lloyd (Roxanne) Oliver, Jr., Wayne (Bev) Oliver, and Charlie Oliver; brother, Jim (Brenda) Mosbey of KY; sister, Betty (Mike) Reiter of Troy, OH; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 16, 2008 from 2:00PM-4:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 17, 2008 at 1:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery, Grove City, Ohio.
