Sandy Phillips passed away, Tuesday, April the 5th. Sandy was born August the 6th, 1960 in Seville, Spain to Bert Harshbarger and Anne Harshbarger (Wellington).
Sandy loved spending time with her family and also loved taking care of animals.
Sandy will be deeply missed by Tom Davis, her husband of 23 years, as well as her 3 sons, David Harter, Kenny and Derrick Phillips, 12 grandchildren, her brother Bert Harshbarger, and sisters Carol Harshbarger and Kathryn Harshbarger Covalucci, as well as a large extended family.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Dale Harshbarger, and her son Kyle Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the
Columbus Humane Society at 3015 Scioto-Darby Executive Ct, Hilliard, OH 43026
