Sanford Lee Snyder, 78, of Columbus passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at Riverside Hospital. Sanford was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. Preceded in death by parents Charles W. & Goldie (Fouts) Snyder; sister Naomi Grubbs; brother Harold Snyder. Survived by wife of 57 years Rosemary; daughter Paddy (Graham) Mills; son Sanford C. Snyder; grandchildren Dawn (Bill) Schwertfager, Kathy (Larry) Baker, Aaron Snyder; great-grandchildren Everett Johnson, David Schertfager, Asis Snyder; sisters Velma (Danny) West, Winona (Carl) Bush. Private family services. Entombment Kingwood Memorial Park. Memorials may be given to Cat Welfare, 741 Wetmore Road, Columbus, OH 43214. Arrangements completed by Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3047 Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus.
