Sara Doerfler

Sara Doerfler, age 89, passed away on November 3, 2021. She was born on February 24, 1932 in Kermit, West Virginia to the late Everett and Louinda Moore. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband John, brothers Eugene and Earl, sister Dimple. She is survived by her siblings, William "Bill" Moore (Kenneth Turlip), Thurman (Sandy) Moore, Mary Stanley, and Jessie "Gail" Huff; special nephew, Hal Moore, who has taken care of Sara for the last 10 years; special niece, Linda May; sister in laws, Patty Moore and Olagean; many nieces, nephews, and other good friends. Sara retired from Simmons after 42 years of service. Per Sara's request, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL.
