Sarah F. (Jeffries) Hodges, 70, passed away November 5, 2012 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry L. Rayburn and sister, Mary Moore.
Sarah is survived by her children, Kenneth (Brenda) Rayburn, James (Michelle) Jeffries and Mandy (Rich) Rayburn-Alvarado; grandchildren, Daniel, Miranda, Anthony, Andrew, Nick, Destiny, Mariah, Austin, Dylan, Terry, Steven; and many other family and close friends.
She was considered a "Mother to Many." She worked at the Franklin County Sheriff Department as a Dispatcher. Sarah was also a member of Community Christian Church of Columbus.
Visitation Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, November 9, 2012 at 1 pm at the Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
Donations may be made to the family during this difficult time.
Per Sarah's request, as an avid Buckeye fan, please wear your Buckeye gear or arrive in casual dress.
