Sarah K. Sloan, 74, of Plain City, OH, passed away March 29, 2013. Sarah was employed by the Franklin County Domestic Court. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mary Carter.
Surviving family includes, husband: Richard Sloan, children: Mickael (Jennifer) Slemp, Mary Slemp-Carter, grandchildren: Kristen Slemp, Nicholas Carter, Katie Slemp-George, Jon-Michael Slemp, great-granddaughter: Emma George, brothers: Alvin Carter, William Carter.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 to 6:00pm, Tuesday, April 2, 2013 with a memorial service beginning at 6:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Burial will be at a later date in Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA.
