Sarah Mizyed, 22, of Westerville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. Sarah will be deeply missed by her parents, Fadia and Munier; her brother, Tareq; her daughter, Caila, and many heart-broken aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Sarah was born on June 18th, 1998 in Long Island, New York to parents Munier and Fadia (Shaheen) Mizyed. Sarah moved to Ohio with her family in 2001, and graduated from Westerville North High School on May 28th, 2016. Sarah was an independent young woman whom loved and cherished her daughter immensely.
Sarah was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Shehadah and Nada (Burbar) Shaheen; paternal grandparents, Kamal and Yasmeen (Musallam) Mizyed; and uncle, Ayman Shaheen.
Public visitation will be Thursday, April 1st, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jason Parr officiating. A private burial will follow for close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Newcomer or the family to assist with funeral expenses and college fund for Sarah's daughter Caila.
