Scott A. Richardson, 54 years old, Grove City resident, formerly of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed on Monday, March 22nd, 2010. He was a Naval Veteran who served on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. Scott was a history buff, avid racing fan, built custom cars, Ohio State Buckeye fan, and a master wood craftsman. He was employed at Scorecards Unlimited. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Scott R. and Gale (Hurles) Richardson. He is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Maureen "Reenie" (Weeks) Richardson, six children: Bill (Kathy), Carey (Lauren) Richardson, April Stover, Eric Ames, Bryan Doty, and April (Dustin) Stout, nine grandchildren: Samantha and Christopher Hamilton, Jacob Ward, Tyler, Emily, Abby and Olivia Richardson, Anna Stover, and Brayden Swartz, two sisters: Linda (Steve) Weingard and Grace (Michael) Porter, sisters-in-law: Dianne Bucy, and Patty Weeks, brother-in-law, Mark (Toni) Weeks, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, March 26th, 2010, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Service will be immediately following at 7:00 PM, all at Newcomer Funeral Home SW, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
Graveside Service with Military Honors, will be Saturday, March 27th, 2010, at 11:00 AM, at Greenlawn Cemetery, 643 ½ Eastern Avenue, Chillicothe, OH, 45601.
