Survivors include his mother; wife, Giavonnia (Twyman) Skaggs; daughters, Tahlei D. Skaggs, Labrei D. Skaggs, Larisa Burton; brothers, Kevin, Steve, and Norman Skaggs; sister, Laveita Skaggs; numerous friends and aunts and uncles. Visitation for Scott will be held on Friday, September 29, 2006, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, Ohio, with the service being held at 2:00 p.m. Condolence messages may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com
