Scott is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his daughters, Charity (Nicolas) Lopez and Taylor Bittel; brothers, Stephen (Laura) Smallsreed and Thomas (Patti) Smallsreed; sister Susan (Robert) Wolf; and grandchildren, Noelle and Zachariah Lopez.
