Sharon L. McAndrew, 58 of Orient, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 14, 2008 after a long illness. She was born June 16, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Donna Van Fossen of Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald Van Fossen. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, John Patrick McAndrew; one son, Shawn Patrick (Elizabeth) McAndrew; one grandson, Zachary Glenn-Patrick McAndrew, all of Orient, Ohio; two sisters, Carla Fogle of Naples, Florida and Judy Van Fossen of Orient, Ohio along with several brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends. She will be truly missed! Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2008 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Sharon will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio immediately following private services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please send donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
