Sharon L. Whaley

Sharon (Gibson) Whaley, "Grandma Sharon", 81, died after a sudden illness. She is preceded in death by parents, Woodrow and Lucille (Price) Gibson; sister and brother-in-law Karen (Gibson) and Larry Clipner.
She is survived by her love of 30 years, husband Richard "Dick" Whaley; daughters, Michelle (Wood) Shimmel, Laura (Wood) (Arthur) Metzler, Amanda (Whaley) (Stephen) Rumich and son, Jeff (Lorrie) Whaley. She leaves behind brother-in-law, Rich Rector, as well as beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all the children she babysat for throughout the years.
She will be missed by all whom she touched.
In lieu of funeral services, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
