She was born on June 18, 1937 in Ansted, West Virginia to Glada Cantrell.
Shelba is preceded in death by husband, Jackie G. Moore; mother, Glada Kindle, step-father, Henry Kindle.
She is survived by sons, Jack (Chris) Moore, Eric (Trudi) Moore, James Moore; grandchildren; Keith Moore, Chad (Hayleigh) Moore, Taylor (Evan) Pivetz, Kaitlyn Moore, Tyler Moore, Jaclynn Moore, Allison Moore, Lexie Moore, Colton Moore, Kennedy Moore, Carter Moore, Grady Moore, Jameson Moore, Magnolia Moore; great-grandchildren, Brady, Roselle, Everleigh, Faith; cousin, Danny Cantrell; aunt, Judy McMillion, several special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
