Sherman "Gus" Perry Jr., 70, of Grove City, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at his residence. He was born September 7, 1938, in Inez, KY, son of the late John and Lucy Endicott Perry. Gus retired from Westinghouse and the City of Columbus. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Reynolds Perry; daughters, Lisa (Steve) Price and Bonnie Pridemore; sister, Iva Dean Preece; brother, Wade Perry; grandchildren, Steven and Lindsey Price and Kaleb Pridemore. Visitation will be Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 PM and Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM with Masonic services beginning at 7:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Monday, January 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Grove City Cemetery.
