Sherman L. Smalley Jr.

Sherman Louis (Bub) Smalley Jr., 59, of Columbus passed away peacefully December 25, 2022 at OSU Hospice. He was born September 2, 1963.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sherman L. Smalley Sr. and Beth Ann Reed and sister, Lynda Brininger.
He graduated from Franklin Heights High School in the class of 1982. Sherman proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as Lance Corporal in 1988.
Surviving family includes sister, Cheryl (Chris) Heinmiller; brother-in-law, Tom Brininger; nephew, Joe Ross and niece, Jennifer (John) Baldwin.
Visitation will be held on Friday December 30, 2022 from 12pm to 2pm at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, Ohio 43123. A prayer service will begin at 2pm at the funeral home.
