Sherry Henderson, 49, of Columbus, went to be with God on April 28, 2007. She slipped away at home peacefully surrounded by her family. Sherry has lost her battle with cancer. Born July 23, 1957, she is now with those who have went on before her. Sherry was preceded in death by her infant son, Michael Tittle 1976; father, Corbitt Creech 1997; stepson, Scott Henderson 2003; paternal grandmother, Mary Bryant 1992; maternal grandfather, Paul Cousins 1991; uncle, John Creech 1997; aunt, Ilene Hunter 2004 and her son-in-law, Michael Flannery 2007. Sherry is survived by her husband, Gerry Henderson; daughter, Samantha (Tittle) Flannery and her children, Tyler, Travis, Toby and Macy; stepdaughter, Kathy (Jeremy) Wasko and their children Jackie and Gracie. She is also survived by her mother, Margie Brannigan; brothers, Allen (Donna) Creech, Max (April) Brannigan, Michael (Cami) Walker; sisters, Kathy (Mike) Marolt, Sue (Dusty) Woolwine; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins including, Wendell (Marylou) Creech, Brinda Cundiff and Louise (Johnnie) Burton. Sherry will be sadly missed by those who love her. She has been taken from our arms, but never from our hearts or our memories. One by one our family chain will link again. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at the funeral home. Dr. Ronald Hopkins will be officiating with interment at Grove City Cemetery.
