Shirley Arnett

March 17, 1948 — June 10, 2013

Shirley Arnett, 65 of Columbus and formerly of Pataskala, went to be with the Lord, Monday, June 10, 2013. Shirley was born in Marietta, OH on March 17, 1948, to the late John H. and Irene (Colegrove) Hendricks and also preceded in death by her husband, Lyman "Gareld" Arnett.

Survivors include her daughter, Tricia (Frank) Barbee; sister, Sharon (Roger) Lavey; brothers; Howard "Johnny" Hendricks and Larry (Polly) Hendricks; grandchildren, Josh (Vanessa) Arnett, Michael Wake, Frank (Heather) Barbee, Amanda Barbee; great-grandchildren, Ehan, Jaelyn, Isabel, Madison; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Shirley is a member of the United Church of God.

Visitation will be held on Friday, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Columbus, OH.
