Shirley L. Bixler, age 86, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away Monday, September 12, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy. Survivors include daughters; Geraldine (Edward) Suk, Rebecca (William) Slater, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:00a.m., Friday, September 16 at the funeral home with a visitation one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will follow at 3:00p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Weirton, W.V. Pastor Stephen Bulen will officiate both services.
