Shirley F. Stephens, age 63, went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2022. She was born on November 19, 1958 to the late Thelma (Harris) Spears and Robert "Bob" Ray Soltes in Beckley, West Virginia.
Shirley is survived by her one-and-only daughter, Samantha Faye Stephens, her Aunt and Uncles, Lou Fox, John (Janice) Harris, Russell (Diane) Harris, Gary (Wanda) Harris, Kenneth Harris. She was preceded by her Mother, Thelma Faye (Harris) Spears, and her Step-Father, John Spears.
Shirley was known to be a very caring woman. She was a good friend and great listener. Shirley was a proud and supportive mother. She made it known that Sam was the center of her universe. She attended every soccer, basketball, and softball game but didn't always get to see them to the end, due to standing up for any of the girls who got an unfair call. Shirley was excused from many games but this is just one example of her caring nature.
The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 5, 2022 at Noon (12:00 p.m.) at Cornerstone Christian Church, 4900 Big Run South Road, Grove City, Ohio.
