Shirley Ann Wheeler, 64, of Galloway, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Kobacker House. She was born March 28, 1946, in Columbus. Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Di Pietro Serafini and sister, Georgie Jennings. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wheeler; sons, Jeff and Ron Chandler; daughters, Lisa (Dan) Colahan and Cindy (James Nunley) Wheeler; sister, Debbie Alexeff; grandchildren, Kassie, Haylee, Kayla, Dean and Neil. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Alton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to HomeReach Hospice c/o OhioHealth Foundation 180 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43215.
