Sonja L. DeMuth, 74, Columbus, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Sonja was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on March 6, 1938, to Leslie E. and Pauline L. (Spangler) Mower and is preceded in death by her parents and step father, Delbert Merica.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Dr. David W. DeMuth; daughters, Melloni DeMuth and her children, Tara Zink and Coleson Carmell, Marci DeMuth; sons, Jeffrey DeMuth and his sons, David and Jacob, Michael (Laurel) DeMuth; nieces, nephews and many friends. Sonja was a member of the Catholic Church. Sonja's family will observe private services.
