Stanton Glenn Hire (Stan), 67, of Lewis Center, OH, passed away on February 8, 2024 peacefully at home following a long illness.
Stan was born to Barbara and Glenn Hire December 21, 1956 in Bellevue, OH. After graduation from Bellevue High School in 1975 he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the University of Toledo. Following a 40 year career in health care human resources he retired in 2019.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Nancy, sons, Adam (Jenna) Hire of Lewis Center, OH, Jeffrey Hire of Maumee, OH, and Dr. Matthew (Ryan) Hire of Chicago, IL, his grandchildren, Ryan, Drew, Hudson, Reagan, Hannah, Jacob, his siblings, Mike (Rhonda) Hire of Canal Winchester, OH, Diane Hire of Bradenton, FL, and twin brother, Steven (Heather) Hire of Berlin Heights, OH.
