Steeven is survived by parents Lee and Sharon Puckett, sister Debra (Daniel) Watson, son Tyler (Katie) Puckett, grandkids Ellie and Colt, nephew Lee (Anne) Puckett, nephew Sean McNamee, great nephew Mason McNamee, great niece Ariel McNamee, aunt Jill Shelfo, aunt Debbie Daniel, grandma Dottie, cousin Missy, cousin Kenny, Pastor David Middleton, friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by grandma nan-nan Doris Smith and aunt Jenny.
