Stephen is survived by his mother, Ramona; children, Michelle Cosgrove, Tina (Michael) Hutchings, April (Bill) Annin and Stephen Dougherty; sisters, Teresa (Paul) Kelley, Julie (Tom) Chaffin and Christine (Darryl) Hayes; brothers, Michael (Minh) and Mark (Susan) Dougherty; thirteen grandchildren; as well as other family and friends. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations to help offset final expenses would be appreciated. Please contact the funeral home for further information.
