Family includes, wife, Christy Spivey, daughters, Melissa Charis Spivey, son, Zachary James Spivey, brother, Curtis Loren Spivey (Vicki), parents, Dan and Eda Jane (Bloom) Spivey. He was preceded in death by his sister, Amy J. Spivey. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Cruiser Glen Farms, 5371 Bachman Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
