Born to Mervyn and Delome (Schulz) Kerstner on August 12, 1948, in Denver, CO, Stephen is survived by his parents of Westerville, OH; sisters, Joanne Evans of Birmingham, Michigan and Deborah Frederick of Westerville, Ohio. Stephen was currently employed by ACS Industries and formerly by General Electric Ravenna Light Plant. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2008, 1:00 PM, Blendon Central Cemetery, 6340 Hempstead Road, Westerville, OH. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH.
