Stephen Douglas Woods

Stephen Douglas "Doug" Woods, age 81, passed away on November 5, 2023. He was born on August 14, 1942 in Madison County, Ohio to the late Alford and Ruby Woods. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Paul Woods and JoAnn Oren. He is survived by his wife, Patty Woods; children, Rebecca (David) Taylor, Stephanie (David) Stires, Kyle (Lynda) Woods; grandchildren, Erica and McKayla Brewer, Kadyn, Nevaeh and River Stires; Audrey, Peyton, and Emma Woods; great grandsons, Greyson and Rylon; brothers, Ernie Woods and Larry (Dee) Woods. A time of fellowship will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of his celebration of life at 12:00pm, at the Darby Creek Church of the Nazarene 10320 US 62, Orient, Ohio 43146. Interment to follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL.
