Sue Ellen (Tilton) Balme

Sue Ellen (Tilton) Balme, age 79 of Portsmouth, OH, passed away on August 13, 2021. She was born on January 30, 1942 to the late Harold and Edna (Bennett) Tilton in Portsmouth, OH. She graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1960 and The Ohio State University in 1964 with a degree in speech and hearing therapy. She was a avid Buckeye fan, civil war buff, enjoyed flower gardening and crafts. She is affiliated with Church of Christ. Sue is survived by children Amy B. Greenwald and Kennard (Allison) Balme, grandchildren Hannah Balme, Makena Balme, Tyler Balme, Nathan Balme and Rebecca Balme, sisters Marijean (Jim) Tilton Rapp and Janey (Michael) Peters and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
