Sue Carter, 72, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on March 27, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on December 16, 1949 in Columbus to Clyde and Wanda (Murray) Carter.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gary Carter, Kent Carter; sisters, Patricia Carter, Tara Carter; lifelong partner, Karl Johnson; great-niece, Makaila Manley-Williams .
Surviving family includes, son, Micheal Carter; daughter, Karissa Carter; grandchildren, Zach (Elyse) Reeves, Taylor (Matt) Reeves; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Winter, Violet, Cohen; siblings, Sandy (Tom) Bender, Thom Carter, Steve Carter, Mark (Lisa) Carter, Rhonda (Bill) Bell, Terry Carter, Tammy (Lynn) Fletcher, Michele (Bill) Manley, Tomika Carter; nieces; nephews; cousins and many loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday March 31, 2022 from 4pm - 6pm at Newcomer SW Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City 43123. Funeral services officiated by Pastor John Meade to follow. Messages of condolences may be shared with the family at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
