Susan Elaine Blake, age 46, passed away at home on April 24, 2021. She was born on July 26, 1974 in Gallipolis, Ohio.
Susan was a loving mother of her two daughters. She taught CDC Headstart for 27 years and adored working with the children.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 22 years, Chad; daughters, Abygayl and Rhylee; mother, Cathy Nance; in-laws, Roven and Loretta Blake; brother, Mike; many other special family members. She was preceded by her father, Clifford Nance and sister, Melissa Chandler.
The family will receive guests on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m., on Friday at Zion Lutheran Church (Pursuit Church), 1080 Obetz Road, Columbus, Ohio 43207. Family and friends may visit from 10-11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will take place at Beckett Cemetery.
