Susan Kirk

Susan J. Kirk, 76, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025. She was born on August 28, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Garwood and Betty Marshall. She worked with her late husband, Doug Kirk, supporting his construction business and later his financial planning business with Forward Financial Group. In retirement, Sue was active with the Vet2Vet small group and the Glory Girls group, ministering to shut-ins in nursing home facilities. Sue will be known for her sense of humor, compassion and love for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Doug. She is survived by, children Matt (Wendy) Kirk, Ally (Spike) Wray-Kirk and grandchildren, Arianna, Adelynn and Benjamin and sisters Karen (Mike) Luther and Gail Pritts. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Tunnels to Towers Foundation (www.t2t.org).
