Susan Ouzts

Susan Jane Montgomery Ouzts passed unexpectedly on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at the age of 59. She was born to her Mother Joyce Farley on November 13, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois. She spent most of her life in Ohio with her family.
She was preceded in death by her Mother Joyce Farley, her first born son, Christopher Kirby, and her favorite uncles Roy and Robert Farley.
Much like her long-time career of caring for the sick and elderly, Susan had a passion for taking care of others. Above all, her family and friends. She loved to travel with her husband of 26 years, Dale. She would spend time with her friends and family at the beach every summer, and for the last decade, she wintered there with her husband. During her down time, she would indulge in her favorite activities like arts, crafts, redecorating and working in her flower beds.
One of her most cherished companions was Earl. Her 130lb German Shepherd. He was quite literally her 5th child; "her boy". He loved to wake her up with morning kisses and playful games. She absolutely spoiled him. It will be quite an adjustment for him not to have his "mommy" around.
Susan's passing has left a huge hole in our hearts and there are no words to describe just how much she will be missed by her Husband; Dale Ouzts. Brother; Michael Montgomery (Anne). Children; Anita Kirby (Ron), Heather Kirby (Dave) and Heath Kirby (Cynthia) Her first borns widow; Stephanie Lucas. Step-Children; Keith Ouzts (Julie), Karen Madigan (Tom) and Ryan Ouzts. Grandchildren; Makayla, Breonna, Memphis, Caitriona, Gabriel, Sophia, Kaden, Phoenix, Jaden, and many more family and friends.
For anyone that would like to pay their respects, services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Oh 43123. She will be laid to rest in a private burial at Mifflin Township Cemetery in Gahanna, Ohio.
